Government Agencies Socialization Of Logistic Service Quality Evaluation Research

Government agency logistics is the service security departments of government agencies, the efficiency and quality of government logistics services directly affects the efficiency and level of government agencies to perform their duties. In order to improve the efficiency and quality, many cities in our country have carried out the reform of logistics socialization at present. Namely, The logistics services for government agencies are provided by the social professional services companies. Because the service mode of government agency logistics service had run shortly in our country, the oretical research and practical operation are in the initial stage. The lack of scientific and objective comprehensive evaluation system can not guarantee the quality of social service,which hinders the process of logistics reform of government institutions。Based on this,This article studies the development of logistics socialization service of foreign government agencies and the research status of logistics socialization service for domestic government agencies。In the same time,this article defines the concepts of logistics service,quality assessment and so on。The theoretical basis of the assessment of the service quality of the logistics socialization service is determined。Based on the theoretical analysis, screening relevant indicators, establishes a framework that includes four level indicators and twenty secondary indicators, and determines the index weight by AHP, constructs government agencies logistic socialized service evaluation index system. Based the index system, develops the government agencies logistic social service quality standards, clear assessment content and scoring rules, formulates the government agencies logistic social service quality assessment method, clears the subject and object of assessment, the implementation process and results feedback process of the assessment. At the same time, makes an empirical analysis with Jinan government logistic socialization service as example, describes the current situation of Jinan government logistics social service, establishes a logistics social service quality assessment team, implements the assessment for the quality of the government social catering services, and proposed management measures for the feedback results. Finally, based on the analysis, put forward suggestions to further improve government logistic work, promote the government logistic reform, speed up the transformation of government function, achieve the goal of building a service-oriented government.There are two innovation points of this paper, one is to build the assessment evaluation index system of government logistic socialization service, focus on the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, develops quality standard and evaluation method of government logistic socialization service, provides the system theoretical support for comprehensive evaluation of government logistics social service; Second is to make an empirical analysis taking Jinan government logistic socialization service as example, establishes Jinan government logistics social service quality assessment organization, assesses the Jinan government catering service quality, and makes effective feedback, provide a new way of thinking and decision-making reference for Jinan government in logistic work.
