Besides, the thesis analyzes it from the aspect of government, market as well as society.The part of Introduction presents the thesis’academic and practical meaning and states the core problematic consciousness whether the socialized forest householders in the household contract management becomes the basic subject through the socialized forestry service. Furthermore the thesis shows a literary review and overviews the case of the typical study.The first chapter indicates that the household contract management proves to be the dominant business pattern with the thanks to the reform of system socialized forestry service, analyzes the efficiency of forestry household contact management, puts forward the "Socialized Forest Householder" based on the "Socialized Smallholder" and analyzes the risk and pressure of socialized forest householder and the necessity to construct the system socialized service. The household contract management can turn into the modern managerial system of very Chinese style through the construction of socialized service system. Also, the power of government and market as well as the society should be taken full use.The thesis innovatively expands the view of "Socialized Smallholders" to the forest householder and puts forward the term "Socialized Forest Householders".
