Inner-party's democratic question is an important content that the party in power builds and develops. The16th National Congress of Communist Party of China proposes that inner-party democracy is a life of the party. The key to China's problems is the CPC, whose key problem is the construction and development of itself. As the life of CPC, inner-Party democracy, which has become the important content and strategic fulcrum of CPC's construction and development, is the basically strategic factor of CPC's whole cause.The democratic problem within the party is a significant theoretical and practical topic, which is worthy of our high attention and need to be solved urgently.
