Research On The Present State And Countermeasures For Constitution Of Socialist Harmonious Community

Harmonious communities are foundations of establishing the harmonious society. More over, they are the prerequisite of social sustainable development. To reach the strategic goal of harmonious society in our nation, this really depends on whether the harmonious communities can be established and spread over the urbanization areas. Therefore, real harmonious society is coming after every single harmonious community in this country. Strengthen harmonious community's construction which plays several roles in the society, as to further improving social construction and managing level, having governments and their people more closely, meeting various demands of people's social welfares, consolidating the foundation of being in power of the Party, strengthening the cohesiveness of the society, constructing the socialist harmonious society, have a very important meaning.This research report firstly presents some concepts ,the standard and basic principles of the harmonious community and also the important components on the harmonious community's construction of city in the socialist harmonious society as our country that correlated with constructing harmonious community in order to answer the question of which kind of position is occupied in the course of constructing socialism harmoniously and socially on earth, what function is given play to; Secondly, it demonstrates that terms, existing problem and their reasons what go on detailed comments of constructing harmonious community.
