Research On City Community Construction From The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

The construction of socialist harmonious society,is a major strategic task of our party to the socialist cause Chinese characteristics of general layout and overall well-off society.From the basic conditions of our country,political system and social management system perspective,to build a socialist harmonious society,the grassroots organizations of the masses should be the best breakthrough in the social structure of the community to take the community as the representative of the grassroots organization is the foundation of building a socialist harmonious society.To build a socialist harmonious society theory guide,in the current Shenyang city community as the carrier,based on the domestic and foreign existing research results of the city community,in addition to using literature method,comparative analysis method,besides empirical analysis,adopts the method of combining theory and practice,namely through two years of field visits and a questionnaire survey,and the relevant provisions of the Shenyang municipal Party committee,municipal government issued a report,copy and combination of city community construction in Shenyang City,in-depth research.Firstly the related theory of community construction,community such as the meaning,classification,four main features and patterns of community construction in our country is discussed,and put forward the new requirement of the socialist harmonious society thought of community construction;secondly,the status quo of Shenyang city community construction are analyzed,introduced the general situation of Shenyang city community construction in recent years,we summarized the development of community construction achievements,but there are still some problems and shortcomings,such as the community autonomy ability is weak,the low rate of residents to participate in community service,inadequate function,serious administrative tendency of community work,community infrastructure is weak,and in the text of the above issues Analysis.Finally,by combining the idea of socialist harmonious society four new requirements for the construction of city community and the community of Shenyang city in the building,put forward five major countermeasures respectively,to strengthen the construction of community service functions,encourage non-governmental organizations to participate in community construction,promote the construction of democratic community autonomy,enhance the participation of the community residents and strengthen the management of community environment.Among them,there are two innovations in specific measures to strengthen the construction of community service functions,one is to establish a government purchase service mode,the other one is to build three service platform,which is the bright spot.
