The Research On The Construction Of The Harmonious Community In Wuhua District Of Kunming City

The community is the elementary unit of the city society. Community is the basis and key for constructing a harmonious society. To construct the harmony community is not only the necessary requirement but also an important entry point for constructing of harmonious society. It is also an important strategic initiative for implementing the scientific concept of development, promoting comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable economic and social development, which is of great significance to accelerating the development of city’s community and maintaining social harmony and stability. Thus, the research on constructing harmonious society is not only appealing to the demand of perfecting the theory of construction of communities but also a must for practice, bearing its significance both in theory and reality.The harmonious construction of Wuhua district of Kunming City has important significance in speeding up the development of harmonious Construction. Combining with the actual of the harmonious community construction of Wuhua district in this paper, we review the construction situation of harmonious community of Wuhua district of Kunming City, summarizes the achievements and harmonious community construction precious experience and enlightenment. Finally, we analyzed the problems of the construction of a harmonious community of Wuhua district of Kunming City. In this article, how to learn from foreign country by building the community has been discussed. According to the reality,making the right solution have become more important to solve the problems. Combining journal study with case study, this article is based on theory and practice to generally analyze the experience of establishing the community in developed areas home and abroad as well as use the experience and enlightenment of certain sample communities in China. The author proposed the following suggestions for harmonious community:(1) To further promote the harmonious community system reform and establish and improve community organization; (2) Further strengthen the residents to participate in building a harmonious community; (3) Further promote people’s livelihood improvement; (4)Further strengthen social work talent team construction; (5) Further strengthen community innovation. The author sincerely hoped that these proposals could be referred in the practicality and the solution of establishing the community in the old city. The author further hoped that these proposals could contribute to the theory and practice of constructing harmonious community.
