As a important aspect of keeping and adding value about human resource of civil servant in our country, the civil servant compensation management becomes an important domain to which the domestic and foreign scholars pays attention day by day. Compensation management of civil servant is now playing more and more important role in managing human resource of government and attracting people's concern. A kind of scientific and rational remuneration compensation management will not only help government departments to attract outstanding talents, but also greatly increase the activeness, initiative and creativity of civil servants and ensure the optimization, competence and honesty of the civil service, which will have tremendous historic and realistic significance. Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region is a model area of west and Autonomous Region, so it's more special about compensation management.In this thesis, we firstly introduce compensation system of public servant in National Autonomous region briefly and then discuss some deciding factors for compensation management of civil servant in Xinjiang. Also weakness of compensation system of civil servant in Xinjiang and its original reasons are discussed.Based on former discussion and general principal of compensation management, the thesis then puts forward some suggestions on partly modifying compensation system of civil servant in Xinjiang.
