International Law Study On International Trade And The Environmental Protection

There are many serious environmental problems in the international trade at the present.Being a part of international trade,China and Central Asia also have many environmental problems in the trade between each other.With the relationship of trade between China and Central Asia becoming closely,environmental problems also grow more and more seriously. These environmental problems have restricted regular trade between China and Central Asia.How to resolve the environmental problems in the trade and how to reach the purpose of proecting environment ,not blocking the trade has become the urgent problems in the law cooperations between China and Central Asia.This article analyses the background of the environmental problems,the concrete content,conflict explains theory in the international trade at first, analyses specially trade situation,environment situation and the environmental law problems in the trade between China and Central Asia secondly,introduces the sustainable development theory and international law experience of international trade practice thirdly,At last,suggests that China and the Central Asia countries ought to take trade sustainable development theory as governing principle, drawing the international law experience of area organization,carrying out area and the bilateral,multilateral international law cooperation,structuring green rade law mechanism to realize sustainable development in the trade between China Central Asia.
