It is also important to thedevelopment of property management trade and property management system.In view of this, the author of this article chooses the subject "self-ruling legal systemstudy". The article first defines the concept, nature and legal principle of lawfoundation, legal basis of owner self-ruling, pointed out self-ruling legal systemproduces the foundation is the condominium ownership of building, also its essenceis the common authority viewpoint.
