Research On Error Real-estate Registration And Remedy

As one of the basic system of Property Law, the system of Real-estate Registration plays a significant role and function on the change of real-estate rights in the civil law. A consummate system of Real-estate Registration is important in both maintaining the well-ordered of real-estate, and the protection of safety and convenience of the real-estate's transfer. Property Law has been established in March, 2007 in China. The new-established law prescribes a systemic regulation about the system of Real-estate Registration. According to the acts of the law, the system of Real-estate Registration can help to reduce the error registration phenomena. However, because of some historical and practical reasons, this system has an obvious limitation that it cannot help to eradicate the error registration phenomena. Hereby I want to make a general introduction about the system of Real-estate Registration, through the comparison and analysis about this system, including its shortcomings, thus make an explanation about what this system should be. I also would like to introduce the cause of error registration and analyze the consequence out of this phenomenon. In the end, I dare bringing forward some kind of remedy measures that according to our Country's reality, both in the way of communal remedy and private remedy. I hope such remedies can be helpful to the optimization of Real-estate Registration in our country.
