Government Transformation And The Bourn Of Good Governance Under The Visual Angle Of Harmonious Society

To build the Xiao Kang Society in all-around way, carry out the scientific development and construct the harmonious socialistic society, the government has great historic responsibility. All kinds of bottlenecks directly or indirectly point to the government system during the transformation from the policy-guide -oriented reformation to the system-innovation-oriented development, which demands the government should innovate the system. Adapting to the demand of the scientific development and the harmonious society, the government function should transform from control to service, to build a service-oriented, nomocracy-oriented and responsibility-oriented government.
