Transformation Of Government Functions Under The Construction Of Harmonious Society

The socialistic harmonious society is not only the modern society of human-first, but also an evidence to prove the enhancement of the Party governance ability. However, there are many unharmonious factors in the society, therefore, the socialistic harmonious society needs to established by taking every kind of method, including all kinds of systems and ways to choose. This paper tries to study with what kind of effective mechanisms and in which way to form benign interaction cooperative relations between the government and the society, so as to impel the socialistic harmonious society to carry on smoothly.It is concluded from the experiences and the lessons that only if the government can fully display its functions that all the goals can be achieved, because the government is the center of the entire social management. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the government organizational reform to transform the government function in particular, make efforts to establish public service government, form powerful limited government function pattern, and construct society governance pattern of powerful government and powerful society.This paper has taken the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and "Three Represents" as instructions, and made explorative study by using application politics, the public management and other related disciplines, literature materials and theoretical analysis methods.
