The core question of education is "the human". How to know and embody the status and function of "the human" in the education is the contemporary issue of concern in the political and ideological education. In the political and ideological education, studying the educated's subjective has certain theoretical and practical significance in order to meet the severe challenge which the political and ideological faces under the new situation of the 21st century, to renew the concepts on political and ideological education, to enhance admiring and effectiveness on political and ideological education, and to promote the students improvement on political and ideological education. Combining current difficult position which political and ideological education is facing, this research puts lots of stress on studying the educated's subjective from the theoretical aspect, and also comes up with suggestions on how individuals fully develop the educated's subjective during the process of the political and ideological education. The whole text altogether divides three major parts:First part: The educated's subjective and characteristic in the political and ideological education. The part firstly has limited the two concepts, which subjective and subjectiveness from the philosophy epistemology angle. It pointed out that subjective is "the human", who is a realistic person that can actively and positively engage in activities of the understanding and practicing. Acting as the attribute of subjective, the subjectiveness is determined by the human's main body. It is a sign which distinguishes between the human and the animal, and is the essential characteristics of being as a person. The part also pointed out the one-sided understanding of the former implication on the subjectiveness, proposed that the comprehensive mainstay should display the individuals' own nature, self-determination, motility and creativeness, including the factor inactiveness, and also elaborated the inner link between the various characteristics of the subjectiveness, which has built the theoretical foundation for further deep research. Next, this part stated the implication and characteristics of the Educated' s Subjective in the political and ideological education.Second part: The function of the educated's subjective during the political and ideological education, which the part discussed from three aspects: One, it pours into the vigor of bidirectional communication exchange for the process of the political and ideological education. Two, it approximates to the students' ideas and practice and enhances the aiming in the political and ideological education. Three, it promotes the students' inner converting of self-determination self-consciousness and improves the effectiveness of the political and ideological education.Third part: Ways of giving scope to the function of the educated's subjective during the political and ideological education .On the premise of the function of the students during the political and ideological education, this part studies the ways of giving scope to function from three aspects. First , the students' status of subjective during the political and ideological education should be established really , mainly including that it establishes the modern education ideas of stressing the educated's subjective. And that it positively provides conditions in order to give scope to the educated's subjective. Next, the correct outlook of value should be guided. The human's mental boundary should be advanced including that the achievement of advancing the human's spiritual boundary is the fundamental goal in the political and ideological education and that the achievement of the human's fully-developing is the fundamental task in the political and ideological education. Finally, the educated's subjective during the political and ideological education should be stimulated scientifically, including the reformation of humanization in the political and ideological education and the principles of implementing the material interest to mobilize the educated's subjective.
