The Comparison, Reference And Enlightenment Of China And U.S.'s International Institution Strategy

International institution theory is the most vigorous field of the international relation research. Based on the theory of international institution, we disscuss influence of three factors and two value trend to the strategy of China and U.S. international institution .From the history evolution and space arrangment we draw a conclusion: China and U.S. both arrange the international institution at the levels of globe and region, both have two attitude to the international institution: rationism,constructivism. Due to facing different problem and different situation, it decides that China and U.S.'s strategy have different characters. This research is helpful for us to recognize the essence of U.S.'s international institution, learn from his sucessful experience and find a correct path for our nation's construction of international institution.This dissertation consist of three parts : preface,text,conclusion. In the preface it introduces the research status quo and the meaning of this theme, and then definite the concepts ,explain the methods of research.Part one explains the theory: international institution,three schools,two value trend and the character and function. Part two expounds the relation between U.S. hegemony and international institution. Establishing hegemony, creat international institution; Keeping hegemony, maintain international institution; Expanding hegemony, treat the institution as a tool. From the two levels: globe and region, we expatiates the U.S. space arrangment of international institution. Part three discusses the relation between China'peaceful rising and international institution. In the same way it describe the space arrangment at two levels: U.N.,East Asia Integration and Shanghai cooperation Orgnization .Part four we make a contrast.At the conclusion points out we should pay more attention on the humanity value including the new idea: equity,justice and harmony.
