Since the outbreak of the issue of Iran's nuclear activities ,it has always been in the spotlight. The Iran nuclear activities could be divided into 4 phases: the start era during Pahlavi kingdom, the stagnant era during Ruhollah Khomeini's rule, the slowness of development era from 1990s to 2002, and the outbreak era since 2002. In the course of Iran's nuclear development history, the United States has always played the most important role. On one hand, during Pahlavi's rule, the United State had given lots of help to Iran; On the other hand, when Ruhollah Khomeini controlled the country, it tried to suppress and contain Iran's ambition on nuclear weapons. In essence ,the Iran nuclar crisis not only reflects the antangonism between bilateral relations since 1979, but also shows U.S.'s strategic intentions: clear away barricades in the Middle East, geopolitic strategy, oil strategy and the renovation of the the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).The U.S.'s policy towards Iran included 3 major traits: the tactic chang during Iran's inconstant policy, the policy of stick and carrot, cooperation with other countries and organizations. The achievement of United States's policy towards Iran is not obvious. Iran's attitude toward its nuclear program became more and more sensitive. The disagreement between U.S. and Iran aggravated, the quarrel within the powers over the crisis, and Iran's stubborn policy, all of these resulted in the dilemma of nuclear crisis. The consequence of Iran nuclear crisis may have five possible solutions in the future: solve peacefully, militanry attack, Israel's unilateral military attack to Iran, the elongation of the dilemma, and Iran's becoming a nuclear power. In the end, it should be noted that no matter how the Iran nuclear crisis goes, it is the result of all kinds of factors.
