Analysis Of Trump Administration’s Iran Nuclear Policy

As a hot issue in the international community today,the evolution of the Iranian nuclear issue is an important factor to ensure the world peace and development process and the role of the nuclear non-proliferation regime,and more importantly,it is related to the change of the world political pattern.Among them,the Iranian nuclear policy of the United States has a great influence on the development of the Iranian nuclear issue.In particular,many changes have taken place in the Iranian nuclear policy of the United States after Trump took office.Studying the Iranian nuclear policy of the Trump administration is conducive to analyzing the current situation of the Iranian nuclear issue and generally grasping its future development direction.The argumentation process of this paper is mainly divided into four parts.The first part sorts out the three stages of the transformation of the Iranian nuclear issue into the Iranian nuclear crisis,analyzes the essence of the Iranian nuclear issue and sorts out the evolution of the American government’s Iranian nuclear policy since the Iranian revolution.The second part discusses the main content of the Trump administration’s Iran nuclear policy from four aspects and summarizes the three characteristics of its Iran nuclear policy.The third part analyzes the causes of the Trump administration’s Iranian nuclear policy from three aspects: international relations factors,domestic factors and Trump’s personal traits.The fourth part discusses the impact of the Trump administration’s Iran nuclear policy on the nuclear non-proliferation regime,relevant international organizations,US-Iran relations and other countries.Through the research of this paper,it can be found that the policy of the Trump administration on the Iranian nuclear issue is quite different from that of its predecessor,the Obama administration.Trump’s Iranian nuclear policy takes a tougher attitude,takes containment as the main line,and makes Iran compromise through economic,political,military and other sanctions to finally achieve the goal of impeding its nuclear program.The Trump administration’s Iranian nuclear policy has continuously worsened the relationship between the US and Iran,leading to the Iranian nuclear issue full of uncertainty,followed by the destabilization of the international nuclear non-proliferation system and the more chaotic situation in the Middle East.
