Research On Administrative Law Relations Between University And Student

In Last several years of the 20th century, public university was confronted with law challenge from students again and again. public university walk into court in Lawsuit wave respond students'query as civil suit defendant or administration suit defendant. The springing up of these kinds of lawsuit practice arose widely attention, also made us can not help to think of problems back of law cases, and also arose the academia and the law discuss about correlative issues. I used multi-study-means and read lots of correlative literature, and finally put forward my opinion through seriously thinking in this essay. At the beginning, I list several typical cases to bring forward my questions, in order to combine the theory with the fact. Afterward I reviewed the theory of Law relations between the university and Student in Germany and America, so that we can use for reference. And then I discus the theory in this field and analyze its complexity, and card special administrative law relations between the university and student in jurisprudence. At last, I put forward my opinion on constructing harmonious administrative law relations between the university and student.
