With rapid development of the informationization, the E-government hasalready become the important criterion of the modernization of a country or a region.Electronic government affairs are that the government in informative societyimplements the important pattern of management, adopt advanced managementmethod and related IT, carry out systematically for the traditional way of governmentaffairs land transform, it is not only a new concept, and it is that a kind of newgovernment administers pattern, it is build with technology concerning, but do not beconfined with technical field. In the new century, with the significant change of thepublic comprehensive quality, E-Government gradually develops from internalbuilding to open to the public, and shift the focus from management to service.However, problems occur such as poor interactive service channel, lack inintegration of service function, low consciousness of individuation service.Customer Relationship Management is regarded as a kind of brand-newstrategic thinking and work method, with unprecedented speed to popularize on eachenterprise. Its application original intention is to so get biggest profit through joiningcustomer information resource and offering better product and service. For electronicgovernment affairs, profit is not its operation goal, but enforcement as well as thefunction of government the goal of electronic government affairs and the customerideological concept that concerns management and principle method have closeconnection. CRM has already applied in the field of commence, it generallyapproved in the field of government. The idea of CRM conducted E-Government todevelop, it is the tool of analyzing public behavior, knowing the demand of public,and is contributed to cultivate the relationship between the public and individual, sothat the government can offer different service for the public and give the peopleespecial service experience according to different situation.This thesis puts forward the theory of CRM into E-Government.CRM in government as a new field haw already aroused the attention from thedomestic and international governments at all levels and the professional of government's informationization. Some western developed countries which havevery perfect government informatinization, for instance Canada, U.S.A., Britain andother places, have carried out relative work of CRM in government. In China,because of this concept this concept has been just introduced, so there have notenough researches about that, our government should be strengthen the paces, learnthe successful experience of foreign countries, as soon as conduct the idea of CRMin government, promote transition of the function of our government. Oriented to thepublic, this application attaches great importance in improving the currentE-Government service, enhancing service effect and promoting government's serviceinnovation. It will definitely improve the relationship between the government andthe public, bringing a more stable, comprehensively-developed society, and create asound environment for the development of E-Government.
