China should perfect the obligation and responsibility collocate institution of the state-owned commercial banks. And we should perfect the validity mechanism for the board joins the corporate governance, making the board work more effectively. For the independent director system, we should perfect it from several factors, just like: boosting up its independence, using the interest invigoration for the independent directors, resolving the conflicts between the board of the supervisors and the independent director system and so on. At the same time, to solve other problems in corporate governance greatly depends on the renovation from the bank for the information disclosure legal system, the invigorative system and the work method of the party.
