On Environmental Liability Insurance System

Thus, itis paid close attention by countries all over the world,especially those developed ones.This paper proposes to providing basic suggestions forconstructing and consummating the legal systems ofenvironmental liability insurance in China by research on thedetailed content, legislation and judicatory practice. Firstly,This paper introduces the environmental liability insurancedefinition, the characteristic, and has proven the feasibilityand necessity of environmental liability insurance system. Thesignificance of the environmental liability insurance systemis that protect the right of victims which the environmentalproblems and remedies caused. Secondly, the development andpractice of the systems in different nations is considered forgetting some apocalypse. After analyzing the history ofenvironmental liability insurance in China, the paper givesseveral questions about this system. Finally, the article givesadvice on constructing and consummating this legal system.
