Promoting The Construction Of Integrity Environment In Engineering And Construction Industry Based On Platform Ecosystem:the Case Of "Yun-shi" Network

In modern society,credit is the basic factor to maintain social order and promote economic development.As an important industry concerning people's livelihood,the benign and orderly development of the engineering and construction industry is the key to maintain social stability.Therefore,credit is particularly important in the construction industry.Lack of credit is likely to lead to the construction industry's economic order disorder,and ultimately the quality of construction is difficult to guarantee,and even has an impact on the local economy.The lack of credit system and distortion of credit relationship in engineering and construction industry are urgent problems to be solved at present.Therefore,it is necessary for us to learn from relevant theoretical guidance and practical experience to explore the construction of the ecological environment of integrity.Based on the analysis of the credit environment of the traditional engineering construction industry,this paper finds that there are widespread phenomena of credit deficiency in the industry,such as information lag,isolation,triangular debt,and large pressure of wage maintenance.Combined with the theories and reviews of credit,information technology and platform ecosystem,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the key factors affecting the credibility environment of various subjects,providing clues for the exploration of the construction path of the credibility scoring system.This article uses the experience of "Yun-shi" as a case to describe and analyze the process and measures of the construction of the system based on information sharing of "Yun-shi"."Yun-shi" successfully built a cloud platform for the construction engineering industry and develope a variety of products such as "cloud account","cloud video","cloud construction",and "cloud loan treasure",set up engineering construction related parties of ecosystem integrity.At the same time,it based on large data to build the credit evaluation system of all-round,multi-angle,the construction of credit environment for engineering and construction industry provides a successful experience.The research shows that the establishment of an ecological environment of information sharing with the platform as the core under the Internet background is beneficial to standardize and supervise the market behavior of the engineering and construction industry,thus pointing out the direction for the development of the social and economic credit environment in China.
