On Constitutional Resources

Taking a retrospect of the history of China, ever since the turnover of the Qing density, China had started to explore its way of constitutional regime. What the history left for us is not the resources of the foundations of constitutional regime but the embarrassing situations for its development. Although China made a great step in the field of construction of legal system since its establishment, there is still a paradox for the newly born nations to find a proper environment which is supposed to be based on the history to live on; consequently, it is too difficult to realize the real extent constitutional regime. Along with this clue, the author proposed the concept- what is the constitutional regime resource and gave out the related answer to its question: constitutional regime resources are the factors or elements that support its operation, including cultural resources, systematic resources and legal resources, in addition, the author motions to combine these three elements when researching the theory of constitutional regime. Due to many a reason, there is a lack of constitutional regime resources in China, hence, it becomes the focusing point of the article. And it is necessary for China to set out constructing the constitutional regime resources by comparing with the western forms, and based on the current situations if China boosts to develop, and there will be a bright future if the resources from nationwide are arranged finely.
