The Characters Of The Farmer Workers' Social Cognition And The Instructional Policies To Them

Since the 1980s, farmer workers as a new industrial group in the country appeared in a large-scale, Because of the farmer workers'unique characteristics, the researches about them has become a hot topic recently, Many experts and scholars in different subjects conduct extensive researches about the farmer workers from their own perspective. However, few studies are from a psychological perspective, and in these psychological researches, most focused on qualitative analysis, and quantitative research is rarely. Focuses on the importance of psychological research about the farmer workers, this article make a trial quantitative research on the farmer workers'social cognition, based on the analysis we sum up the features of their social cognition. At the end we give some instructional policies, suggestions and measures to make their social cognition better.This article first reviews the former research literature on farmer workers'social cognition, next definite the farmer worker's concept and characteristics. The farmer workers are those people who carry on each economic activity in the city but their registered permanent addresses are in the country. Their most obvious characteristics are their fluidity, disadvantage and sociality, and then make a summary correlation research about the farmer workers'social cognition. And has insufficient carried on the corresponding analysis to the current research, and then produce this research basic ideas and the research significance. This research significance as follows: From the psychology angle, discusses the farmer worker's social cognition and characteristics with the real diagnosis method, and analysis the factors that affects their social cognition, proposed some measures to solve the unreasonable aspect in their social cognition, this is a new way to research the farmer worker. Moreover, from the psychological scale to analysis the farmer worker's psychological activity, point out some disadvantages of the farmer workers'social cognition, which need to guide in different time. So it has some innovation from the theory value to the actual value place. The and all reflect the farmer workers'present social cognition; both of them have a high reliability and validity, match to the requirement of the psychological surveying. Use these two questionnaires to investigate over 396 farmer workers'social cognition, find that in these farmer workers, most of them are male, have got married, their education degree centralize on middle school, have more than one time experience of working for others, most of their income is 1000-1500 Yuan/month, we find that their social cognition are made up of five factors and there are 7 factors affect their social cognition through exploratory factor analysis.The farmer workers'social cognition are different in many aspects, for example, different sex, age, education degree, marriage farmer workers have different social cognition. Also, different experience, job, and income farmer workers have different social cognition. In summary, the farmer workers who are male, older, have got married, work for a long time in the city, have a high income, their social cognition condition is more healthier and positive than those who are female, young, have not got married, stay in city for a short time, with a low income. In the factors which affect the farmer workers'social cognition, their importance from the great to little one by one are alienation, interpersonal relationship, personal expectation, language, personal preparation, personal yearning, and their habits. The influences of these factors are different to different farmer workers who have different personal background.In the end of the article, we discuss how to make the farmer workers'social cognition better based on our result of the research. We try to give some doable suggestions and measures to make them better. Overall speaking, to improves the farmer workers social cognition condition we have to make the government, the society and the farmer workers selves do their own things well, various aspects all need to fulfill their own responsibility practically, only do these, we are able to improve the farmer workers'social cognition fundamentally, and these aspects are indispensable.
