Discussion On The System Of Expert Consultation In The Process Of Local Government Decision-making In China

Making the system of expert consultation good enough to prevent from arbitrary decision-making is one of the specific measures for implement of democratization of decision-making and scientism. In the process of perfecting the system of expert consultation, Chinese local governments have achieved good results through developing regulations and rules, establishing consultative organizations, convening consultative conferences, propping up consulting industry, and utilizing semi-official consultative organizations.
