A Research On Confucian Harmonious Thoughts And The Construction Of Socialist Harmonious Society

To pursue harmonious society is the ideal coordinates of human progress, the unremitting value orientation of Chinese people in their several thousand years'history, the melody of China's national spirit and the perfect state of the human world. Nowadays, the industry civilization and the urbanizing civilization bring unprecedented development to the human society, but they have also made the contradictions between human and nature, man and society, man and man more and more intense. In present China, there are various unharmonious factors. Alleviating and resolving these contradictions and constructing a harmonious socialist society which characters unity among man, society and the nature has been an important issue demanding for resolution.In China's two thousand years'history, Confucianism, the trunk of the Chinese traditional culture, has exented a significant influence on Chinese psychology, decorum, customs, values, and so on. Nowadays, it's still an extremely rich and precious cultural heritage of the Chinese. Confucian harmonious thoughts which mainly include the harmonies between man's self-body and spirit, man and man, man and society, are important constituents of the Confucian ideological system. In the viewpoint of some Confucian scholars, it is necessary to take personal moral promotion as the first kick, and then realize harmony between man and man. The human society becomes harmonious, harmonious relation ship between human and nature can be achieved. These three contents play a positive role in our nation's existence and development, and have molded the transcendent moral character of Chinese culture. Moreover, they have a universal value that in the present age can provide revelation from this perspective and reference for constructing a harmonious and stable socialist society.This article makes research. The author uses the methods of literature analysis and comparison analysis to analyze the issue from four aspects:the proposing of a socialist harmonious society, the formation and the chief points of Confucian harmonious thoughts, the unharmonious phenomena in present Chinese society and the inheritance of Confucianism harmonious thoughts to build a socialist harmonious society. This article puts its emphasis on further exploiting the thoughts such as"Harmony Between Man and Nature","Benevolence Means to Love Others","the Doctrine of Mean", etc. and closely hangs on to their conjunction spots with nowadays'construction of socialist harmonies in order to provide enlightenment for building a socialist society characterized by harmonies between human and nature, people and society, man and man, and man and himself.
