Political Participation Of The Stratum Of Private Entrepreneur

Political participation of the stratum of private entrepreneur is a special political phenomenon in the course of reform and opening up policy, which will have an important impart on economic, social, political field. How to understand this political phenomenon and problem, how to regulate this political behavior to promote the beneficial and abolish the harmful is one of the extremely important and urgent subjects.Chinese constitution and some corresponding items in other legal provisions build a legal principle basis for private entrepreneurs, whose increasing economic status and quality of culture give them the practical basis to take part in political actives. Nowadays, private entrepreneurs extensively participate in NPC, political consultative conference and other political parties to perform the political rights. However, there are some problems in the political participation of the private entrepreneurs, such as the low level of their motive in political participation, which mostly is to get the personal interest; the disordered political participation happens some times; political participation insufficiency and political participation excessively still exist. To sum up, the reasons to the problems mentioned above are like following: the shortage for the modern democratic culture, the limitation in participation ways, the low level and poor dispose of institutionalization in political participation system, the low degree of systematization. Forcing on the problems in the political participation of private entrepreneurs, this dissertation tries to give some suggestions and thoughts through the analysis of private entrepreneurs about their political participation. As following: to upgrade the quality of their political participation by leading and instruction; to drive private entrepreneurs to take part in policy orderly; to give more chances for their political participation; to set limits on their participation; to build a convenient political environment.
