Political Participation Of Private Entrepreneur Stratum In China

It is of great importance for citizens to widely participate in politics as a critical aspect of political modernization. Today, all countries will realize and expand the citizens' political participation as an important goal and means to promote the development of political. Since the 21 st century, with the development of economy,the CCP's governing philosophy had changed, the government paid more attention to building a harmonious society, and puts forward the development goal of “Expanding Citizen's orderly political participation”in political area,the political participation of private entrepreneurs also entered the new stage of development.Private Entrepreneurs is rapidly grows in the reform and opening-up.With the improvement of their social status and political awareness, the pursuit of political participation demand began to highlight. As a representative of a new social group, the situation of their political participation is also reflect the overall Chinese citizens'.The studied on political participation pose a positive significance to promote the development of citizen's political participation and maintain a harmonious social environment.This article starts with the basic situation of political participation of private entrepreneurs, and had summarizes the motivations,the main channels of participation and the significant characteristics of the political participation. Through analyzing the current situation of political participation, we found some problems,such as they are still in a lower level of political participation;different private entrepreneurs have different willingness and participate capacity in political activities;political apathy and irregular behaviors often occur,etc.The main reason for those problems are not only for the private entrepreneurs ' own limited capacities,but also for the channels of participation are not convenient,relative security system is not perfect,and the disadvantage of participation environment.In order to promote the political participation of the private entrepreneurs',we need to develop appropriate political participation strategies, build an efficient political system, broaden the channels of political participation, and improve the corresponding system security.Through strengthening the cultivation of private enterprise's main quality, improve their ability to participate in politics.We also need to create a social environment which had conducive to political participation,to help the private entrepreneurs to carry out the legal, effective and rational political participation.
