On The Study Of Sex Equality Policy In The European Union

With the rise of feminist movement and the increase of Woman's employment participation rate, sex equality now becomes the commonplace in international communities. It is enshrined in legislation by many nations, but implemented by relatively few. The European Union is one of the country Corps whose sex equality policy developed comparatively perfect. At the beginning of European Integration, the prelude to the development of sex equality policy had been revealed by the European Communities. After more than 50 years'development, EU's legislation about sex equality policy is already pretty perfect and has accumulated rich experiences. So , in the field of sex equality policy, EU had become a model which other counties and world organizations wanted to follow.
