Migrant workers are one kind of peculiar social phenomena created in the process of transformation during which China firstly has completed its transition of converting its system from planning system to market system and developed from an agricultural society to an industrial one, then moved from one of communities which live on agriculture to a modern society. As products of urbanization, migrant workers have made a major contribution to the prosperity and development of cities, however, under special circumstances of dual system of rural areas and urban areas, they have been suffering from so large number of unfair treatments that extremely complicated problems concerning mood and psychology have occurred to their inner mind. Response to these, it is necessary to grasp the characteristics of migrant workers'thought and strengthen their ideological education, which has practical significance for realization of human's all-round development as well as our society's harmony.Nevertheless, the reformation ranging from the content to its essence together with a series of breakthroughs and innovation are needed badly to enhance the efficiency of ideological education. On the basis of this, the purpose (argumentation) of this essay is to generalize and summarize the ideological condition of migrant workers through social investigations. It also offers some reforming policies to education of ideological morality by analyzing the newly problems from practice. It is hoped that this essay might promote the reformation of reconstruction of migrant workers'ideological morality, simultaneously urge more and more people to ponder over and concentrate on this issue.
