The Study Of Ideological And Political Education Of Chinese Migrant Workers

Migrant worker is a product of specific social and historical condition, whichappears in the process of industrialization, urbanization, marketization. In recent yearsmigrant workers has become the backbone of the socialist modernization construction,and made a great contribution in the development of the city. But at the same time, dueto our country is in the period of social transition, a lot of system and policies are in theprocess of improvement. Most of the migrant workers are the bottom of society, afterentering the city, because of the widely employment and dispersion, there is not a ruralmigrant party organizations and mass organizations to set up at the grass-roots level, sothe ideological and political education of migrant workers almost become a blind spot,which appears a series of problems of ideology and morality. It is limited their ownquality of migrant workers, and hindered the construction of socialist modernization.Therefore, strengthening the ideological and political education of migrant workershave far-reaching significance, so as to promote economic development, increase thedegree of urban civilization and build a harmonious socialist society.This article is divided into five parts. The first chapter introduction points out thebackground and research situation of the ideological and political education of themigrant workers, the main content, research method and significance. The secondchapter gives the definition of the migrant workers and points out the realistic necessityof strengthening ideological and political education of the migrant workers. The thirdchapter points out that the current ideological situation of the migrant workers andexistential problems in the process of ideological and political education, analyzingexistential problems. The fourth chapter puts forward some measures to improve theideological and political education of the migrant workers from five aspects of system,main body, environment, content, migrant workers themselves. The last chapter is theconclusion of the article, which includes the self-assessment to this article and prospectsthe ideological and political education of the migrant workers in the future. I hope thatthis article can provide some revelations to the ideological and political education ofmigrant workers in China, and I also hope that more people will pay attention to thissocial problem.
