Discussion On The Supervision On Justice

The issues concerning judicial partiality and judicial corruption have attracted great attention in the society and thus become one of the most heated discussion topics. Thereafter, it is imperative to intensify justice supervision and control. The aim of stipulating justice supervision system is to prevent the misuse of jurisdiction and judicial partiality and eventually realize the judicial impartiality. Whereas, the current supervision pattern of China doesn't conform with the rule of justice and power constraint, and the supervision mechanism appears to be unilateral supervision. The long term and serious absence of supervision legislation and supervision procedure has rendered the random and disorder of the current supervision. Therefore, reform of the current supervision system becomes the only way out. An urgent task is thus put on the agenda about how to construct a modern supervision system according to law to benefit the realization of judicial impartiality. It is stated in this article that the current supervision system can only be transformed to an effective modern supervision system as required by law by strictly abiding by the principle of law procedure on the basis of power division and restriction. And the article further proposes specific reform conception, expecting to make contribution to the construction of modern supervision system required by law and the promotion of the realization of judicial impartiality.
