The Study Of Legal Protection Of Mental Patients

As a weakling being placed in the particular circumstances, criminal suspect and his rights protection had received closer public attention for many years. The laws in those developed states and international human rights conventions had detailed descriptions about these aspects. It's the purpose of this paper, through introduction of outside resources, to evaluate and improve the guarantee system of defense right of criminal suspect in China. This paper demonstrated the basic content of defense right of criminal suspect in China, enumerated some provisions of foreign systems in this aspect, had an evaluation of current status of defense rights protection of criminal suspect in contemporary China, and finally put forward some principle conception and system suggestion to guarantee such rights.
