The Power And The Resource Of Law

The word"power"has been paid much attention to the understanding in politics or in the sociological significance research, rarely elaborated from the legal angle. From the aspect of legislation, the power is also contained in the state power confusingly. Similarly, people are also doing research into the origin of law from the point of legislation, which has reduced the caused scope. This article elaborates three kinds of powers—state power, social power and personal power from the relation between the power and the origin of law state power; it also reveals the conflict and contradiction among them according to the conflicting phenomena in reality and at last the author puts forward some solutions to the conflicts.
