On The Parliamentary Political System In Early Republic Of China

In era the Republic of China, the parliamentarism is one of the innovations for the political system after the Chinese Revolution。In the first part of this paper, the representative system was sorted into three parts conceptually, representive System,organization system and resolving system。Then the introduction, development and innovation of the representative system were described for the confirmation of necessary choice during that time。In the second part, the initiation, running and frustration of parliamentarism even its development in a abnormal way was discussed based on the combination of history fact and its analysis。The reason for failure of it was presented through the analysis of electing representatives, legislative activities and party activities。In the final part of this paper, the failure of parliamentarism provides referential experience for constructing socialism political civilization。...
