Deliberative democracy is one of the basic forms of socialist democracy in China.People's elections and decision-making consultations are the two basic forms of socialist democracy in China.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out: Consulting democracy is an important way to realize the leadership of the party and is the unique form and unique advantage of China's socialist democracy.Deliberative democracy is the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong's consultation on the founding of the country and practice.It is a major creation in the great process of the Chinese Communists and the Chinese people in pursuing democracy.Therefore,starting from the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China,using the literature research method and historical analysis method,through the theoretical origin and practical basis analysis of the development of deliberative democracy with Chinese characteristics,combing the content and path
