| The people' s mediation system is our country unique system to solve dispute. Along with the establishment and development of the socialist market economy system, the people's mediation system presents weak trend gradually. Constructing harmonious society, not only depended upon official judicial process, moreover needed multiplex mechanism include the people's mediation system.
