Trial Cost Reports For Basic Level People's Court

Inadequate funding for many of the basic level courts is a real problem ,but to what extent can we consider adequate funding protection, this involves to the cost calculating for court each settled or executed case, Only to calculate the cost of court trial and make sure the operation of the court fund ,then can prove whether the financial fund for the court is adequate or not ,otherwise these are all castles in the air. In what degree inadequate funding can constrain the court trial. The author attempts to analyze this problem by statistics the source and operation of the court fund, in order to solve the difficulties of court fund.
