On Trial Management Mechanism Of People's Court

Since 1949, the People's Court has adopted the administration's approach to do the trial management. This form of management has its historical origins. In the 1990s, people's courts at all levels across the country began the reform of trail management. The paper attempts to analyze the situation and the reason for the administration tendency of court management. The paper sorts a number of management reform measures of People's Court since the end of last century and focuses on analyzing the efficiency index system which is popular in recent years. At last, the paper reconsiders and repositions the purpose and object of trial management so as to offer some advice to the management level.
