The Problem Research Of The Reconstruction Of Crime Scene

With the deep-going research on the reconstruction of crime scene, the using of some sophisticated technology and methods, such as the technology of crime analysis, the portrait of crime psychology and the collection and using of proof are applied into the practice. That means they play a significant role in enforcement scientifically both in the scout work and theory. However, we should thoroughly reflect some deficiencies and inadequateness which grow in the reconstruction of crime scene.This thesis is composed of five parts. In the fist part, summarizes the definition,the background and the basis and the effect of theory,and the measures and methods, in order to realize and apprehend the reconstruction of crime scene more clearly and simply. In the second part, works out the comprehension and conclusion after comparing, finding out the difference and connections between the crime scene and lots of correspondent concept. In the third part, states a few aspects which should be noticed in the reconstruction of crime scene, for existence, the immoral action, Moreover, the author points out that the reconstruction of crime scene, to some extent, is not unrestrainedly but limitedly. In the next part, digs out a host of limitations, both in the course of the reconstruction of crime scene, mainly exhibited not only by the difficulty, but by the lack of valuable standard and scientific analysis. And then, the writer explores several aspects about the analysts who have to be improved in skills, raised in awareness in judging the criminal information, as well as reinforced the analysis of psychological trace. In the last part, aiming at the practical issues, putts forward to a series of solutions. That is to perfect the law,the security, to improve workers' quality and technology, and to match the incentive, so that the investigations concentrated on the reconstruction of crime scene will be vigorous and dynamic. Therefore, I express my opinions concentrating on how to resolve the problems and limitations of the crime scene reconstruction, how to formulate and improve relevant measures and security mechanism, and how to implement the incentive steps to promote the efficiency of reconstruction work of crime scene.
