The Research Of Chinese Administrative Co-ordination Mechanism Base On The Conception Of Good Governance

Administrative co-ordination is a very important function for public management, and it runs through the whole process of public management, which can improve the administration efficiency and can also realize the aim. With the development of the modern administration science, the theory about Administrative co-ordination is also enriched and developed. Traditional Administrative co-ordination always pays attention to the co-ordination inner administration organization, but the modern one lay emphasis on the co-ordination between the public and society, which can make government, the public and the organization get to a common view, thus making society more coordinated and propelling society stable, sustained and coordinated development.In modern society, the civil society developed rapidly. The ideal of democracy, self-government has been widely accepted by people. The modern democracy needs the government serves the public first, this emphasis the cooperation between government and people. So the government must discard the force and order in pubic management, and the only way is to coordination, that is to say, the modern government must coordinate all kinds of relationship about social factors, so that it can integrate resource effectively and then get to good governance. Proposing the theory of good governance will change the dominant position of the government. But the realization needs the government to coordinate all kinds of social factors effectively, and which is the major function for government.
