Research On Chinese Politic Stability Mechanism From The Perspective Of Good Governance

A stable political environment is the essential condition of achieving the long-term, stable and sustainable development of society. Meanwhile, the political stability mechanism plays a very important role in guaranteeing the political environment. At the present times, good governance, a new type of good relationship between government and civil society, is the ideal governance mode pursued by the whole world. It is the social management process to maximize the public interest. The essential feature of good governance is that it is the cooperative management of government and citizens in public life, is a new type of relationship between political state and civil society, is the best state between the two. The basic concept of good governance includes participation, cooperation and to maximize the public interest. The government and civil society governance is the practice of good governance.The mechanism of political stability is a series of institutional coordination in political psychology, political behavior and political relations and other aspects from social status and its operation principle, method and process. The value basis of political stability mechanism from the perspective of good governance should be the political identity, political cooperation and political order, which is connected with the basic concept of good governance together, therefore, efforts to build a political stability mechanism should include the following three aspects: political stability mechanism of stabilization mechanism, on the dimension of the social dimension and interaction the mechanism between the political system and society.However,the current political stability mechanism of our country has some shortcomings: lack of Strong cooperation,improve the mechanism of social participation,moderate social control mechanism, which is caused by China’s political identity level is not high, the foundation of political legitimacy is relatively weak, and has caused a series of political unrest, the main causes of the stability mechanism of China’s political problems, it is mainly due to the weakening of political authority,concept of value, interest differentiation and differentiation of social class structure.In the face of the reality of our country, in view of good governance under the construction and perfection of Chinese political stability mechanism should be from the following three aspects: one is to perfect the mechanism of identity and political dimensions, mainly refers to the recognition mechanism of political value, political system, fair distribution and political authority; the second is to improve the recognition mechanism of social dimension, mainly including political participation, civil society and recognition mechanism of public areas; the third is to improve the government and social system of governance, mainly manifests in the public decision-making, the supply of public goods, public crisis management these aspects.
