Civil Administrative Participation Of Our Country From The View Of Good Governance

Taking good governance theory as researcher's visual angle, this article analysis the path choice of our country's civil administrative participation. So the article first combs relatively theoretic frame and make concept of civil administrative participation. And then analysis the feasibility of theory of good governance by comparing of the growing state of civil society organizations in domestic and western countries. Further, analysis the present situation of our country's civil administrative participation, point out that since the reform and opening, our country has made much achievement in civil administrative participation, but the whole state of inadequate development of our country's civil administrative participation hasn't been thoroughly changed yet. So there is great distance from the demand of social market economy. The reason that leading to this situation is due to some preventing factors in civil administrative participation. So we must adopt some feasible measures, doing our best to circumvent preventing factors in civil administrative participation and altering the present passive situation of our country's civil administrative participation, thus providing convenience for civil administrative of our country. Finally, by introducing the idea of good governance into our country's civil administrative participation, on the basis of circumventing the preventing factors in civil administrative participation by the idea of good governance, pointing out five routes that promoting civil administrative participation of our country. While promoting civil administrative participation of our country by the idea of good governance, it promotes collaboration of government and civilian and facilitates the good relationship between political country and civil society, so finally it urges the forming of good governance in our country.
