Ethic Corps Education Of Administration In Our Country

The administration corruption, evasion and violating right, etc. have been global disease, that are decaying the regime foundations of various countries, hindering economic development. According to realistic state of China, on the one hand, following the Reform advancement, we have step in all-orientation and multi-level society transformation period ;on the other hand, the administration power abuse exposing gradually during the progress of Western more than 300 years industrialization and modernization reveals unawares in our country. The problem not only offsets the government diligent to the policy of promoting the development of economy seriously, corrodes the political system of our country, but also causes unfair distribution on public resource and opportunity, evokes people's distrust to the government.Aiming at the above-mentioned problems, the domestic and international scholars mostly have studied from the angle of the law to analyze how to repress and punish the administration power abuse. But, through the index of their documents carefully, there are few researches and deficient materials that have a foothold in education to put forward conducting administration personnel who can do an effective select of administration behavior.This article is divided into three main parts totally: First part introduces the basic theories of the administration ethics, and the domestic and international situation. Through defining the administration ethic corps, second part points that the administration ethic corps could face some conflicts in the process of administration, and they should fix reasonable ethic position. Lastly, the article puts forward the idea of promoting the ethic corps education of administration, including education objects, contents and method etc..
