Some Problems Research About Our Country's Juvenile Delinquency

Since juvenile delinquency is a global issue,China also cannot make an exception so the whole society is highly concerning this issue. As a country with the largest population in the world,China has a bigger number of juvenile and the China society is in its transition time at present so the situation became obviously serious and be deteriorating.If we want to prevent juvenile delinquency ,we should know its characteristics and trends. In recent years,China juvenile delinquency have been kept some its fixed characteristics, at the same time,it also appear many new characteristics such as suddenness,violence, repeatability, imitation,which need us to keep highly concern. Moreover,its developing trends are very pessimistic and the rate of juvenile delinquency became more low-aging,group behaviors, intelligent and property crime. Therefore,we should highly concern about it.When analyzing the juvenile delinquency issue,we first need analyzing its causes. Form micro-perceptive,juvenile delinquency is one kind of personal behavior;form macro- perceptive,it is one kind of social phenomenon,the causes combine with many factors. Therefore,the causes of juvenile delinquency not only include juvenile personal body and psychological characteristics,but also under the influence from family,school,society and others exterior factors.This paper,from the viewpoint of sociology,psychology and science of law,follows the logical thinking of raising the problem,explaining the problem,analyzing the problem and solving the problem,and based on the files related with the education and protection of youth,analyzes the causes of juvenile delinquency from the society, personal perspective especially the family through the analysis in current condition and characteristics of the juvenile delinquency. And furthermore,the article analyzes and expounds the thesis of juvenile delinquency prevention and proposes some consultative corresponding suggestion.
