A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Juvenile Delinquency From The Perspective Of Family Environment

Nowadays,the problem of juvenile delinquency is the focus of social governance in the world,and it is widely concerned by the social and academic circles in the world.In the current complex and profound social background of the new era,as the main force of the construction of the new era of the country,juvenile delinquency has become the focus of social attention,especially in the current juvenile delinquency showing the bad characteristics of young age and violence,which has aroused great social attention.By combing,summarizing and analyzing the relevant theories at home and abroad,drawing lessons from the relevant research of scholars and experts at home and abroad,and combining with their own work practice,this paper takes the juvenile detainees in Detention Center of R City as the research object,analyzes the juvenile’s criminal behavior with qualitative research methods through interviews,and explores the juvenile’s family relationship,family education mode,family economy and family recovery with the influence of force factors on juvenile delinquency.Combined with the theory of social governance,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of juvenile crime prevention from the social level,school level and family level.Through the research,we find that: first,family relationship has a significant impact on the social interaction behavior of juvenile delinquents.Especially in the family environment with unbalanced family relations,the interaction between different generations will affect the interpersonal interaction behavior of young people’s life and drive the occurrence of bad behavior of young people.Second,the family education style has a significant impact on the emotional character of juvenile delinquents.The long-term absence of supervision promotes juvenile delinquency,which can not be treated equally by parents,feels psychological imbalance,indulges their own behavior,and leads to criminal behavior.Third,the family economy has a significant impact on the consumption behavior of juvenile delinquents.Excessive irrational consumption demand and comparison lead to ideological deviation and action deviation.Fourth,the impact of family resilience on juvenile delinquency.The indifference attitude of parents has an important influence on the body and mind of the respondents,and also brings negative emotions to the return to society.Parents’ understanding and tolerance will effectively reduce juvenile recidivism,otherwise it may lead to recidivism.Combined with the conclusion of the study,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the prevention of juvenile delinquency: first,strengthen the interaction between social support and family education,and correct the behavior deviation of juvenile.Second,strengthen the linkage between school education and family education,and establish a correct behavior orientation.Third,we should strengthen the cultivation of family resilience and build a family common belief system.Forming a positive belief system of self-contained system provides family members with common values and attitude assumptions,and also establishes an atmosphere of mutual trust and calm expression between family members.So as to form a kind of initiative,comprehensive,preventive and sustainable family resilience and realize the healthy development of the family.
