Study On Difficulties And Countermeasures In The Marine Environmental Administrative Guidance System

The sea is one of the important material bases of human's survival and development, the sustainable use and the protection of the marine resource and the environment relate human's future and destiny. The existence of the marine environment, which objectively requires the Government to strengthen the management of the marine environment; and the government has the administrative authority and extensive information network, which also decided it must play a bigger role in the management of the marine environment.
