National image is a part of national interests. In recent years, as the strengthening of China's comprehensive national strength and the rising status of countries, some United States-led countries feeling under threat, so the image of China was demonized. Then how the United States demonize China's national image? What is the image of the nation? Why China's national image will be demonized? The current era, what kind of China's national image is welcomed by the international community and beneficial to China, and how to construct that image of the country to improve the country's image? This is the origin of my paper studying these issues of the image of the country, and it is the idea of whole Article.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly instructs the history and facts of United States demonizing China's image. China's national image in the West has always been at the turn of the"glamorous"and "vilification". With China's economic development, strong political, all kinds of demonized image of the country were shaped. The US-led Western powers use of the absolute superiority of public opinion, and sometimes promotes the "China collapse theory", and sometimes creates the "China threat theory". The human rights issue in China is to become the focus of attacks. China's economic growth and political and moral evil was unified to a negative point. In the modern media to stir up trouble, "the Chinese" almost become a kind of ideology.The second part is the core of this paper and focusing on the reasons for the United States demonizing China. The concept of the national image of constructivist notes that the concept is the fundamental element. Status is its core and foundation. national image is a product of interaction between countries. Establish the image of a country impact by certain concepts of the knowledge structure, therefore national image of a country is not always a true reflection of the objective reality; it was often distorted and misunderstood intentionally or unintentionally. When the concept of one country and cognitive changed, its identity would change; identity changed, it will evolve national image. The United States as leader will not certainly laissez-faire China's development. In addition, the shape of the negative image of China is also the need of United States safeguarding national interests.The third part is the full text of the keynote, focused on how to create a good China's national image and the improvement of Sino-US relations. The United States against China on the improvement of Sino-US relations have great negative impact. Construct good image of a country and get the recognition by the United States gradually is the key to solve the problem. In this paper, my position about the orientation of our national image is peace, cooperation, development and responsible. But this image is almost from our self-expectations. This paper is based on the Theory of Constructivism and I try to Format a strategy about the national image of China's, so that formed on China's peace, development and cooperation image of the country's total concept of a common understanding and common aspirations in the international relations and external communications, at last to build China image of the country and to lay a good foundation for understanding the concept.
