Research On Theory And Practice Of Justice Of China's Socialism

Justice is not only an eternal topic but also and the pursuit of the eternal values and ideals of human. Justice is the fundamental conception of value and standard. It is connected with currently social system, on this basis, which stipulates basic rights and duties, resources and interests how to arrange and distribute equitably among communities and members. Therefore, justice has always become to be a mankind's spirit appearance and an inherent ground of society.The connotation and purpose of socialism not only embodies a rational arrange of value but also endows a new content to justice. The appraisement of system about justice that comes from a minimum basic morality gives expression to mankind's subjective attitude, but it is an objective existence. The appraisement comes from productive practice and is reflected by fair and efficiency in the practical livelihood. This paper attempts to explore the socialistic justice on the basis of both of ethics that are the most influential in the contemporary West.In the first chapter, I introduce the background and the purpose of this paper and tell the difference between the concept of Justice and some analogical concept. At the same time, I introduce the present situation of in-country and overseas research interrelated. In the second chapter, this paper introduces the current exploration and introspection about justice from Deontology and Utilitarianism's angle. In this chapter, I stress the thought of John Rawls and introduce the background of the birth of his thought and analyze his thought in his book named Justice. In the third chapter, I emphatically introduce the basis value choice of socialism that is a process which experiences from ideal to system practice. Then, by rethinking the Soviet Union's system pattern, we can draw from a new recognition and regard fair and efficiency as the judgment standards about socialism justice. In the fourth chapter, I introduce that in a market economy, China's socialist justice issues began to show and we should make a theoretical innovation of Justice in the background of The Chinese characteristic socialism. At last, this paper introduces the moral rationality of justice about China characteristic socialism. The aim why to do this is to formulate and symbolize the rationality and legitimacy about China's social practical livelihood. To be more specific, it is to make a positive significance for the further development of our country.
