About The Right To Know

The right to know the rule of law as a fundamental right of citizens in a modern society reflects civic awareness of democracy and rights awareness directly.Whether citizens think the importance of the right to know or not is the measure of a country's constitutional and democratic development of standards. The root of its existence can be found in China's many current laws. However, China's current legal system relating to the right to know the rule of law is not yet perfect. The laws and regulations about protecting the citizens'rights to know laws exist many inadequacies. In this paper, it starts with the fundamental question of the right to know the rule of law, defines the right to know the definition of exposition specifically and provides a theoretical basis for the right to know in the constitutional guarantees in the Constitution . It introduces the right to know the legal requirements in some foreign countries and analyses the problems according to the reasons in conjunction with the development of the current domestic situation. It discusses the right to know the legal protection of the Constitution and legislative position to ideas for the protection of our citizens from the point of view of the Constitution, forwards with constructive ideas and hopes that it can help China's constitutional construction.
