Freedom of migration is one of the basic rights of citizens, it has become the common sense of modern civilized country. Since entering the 21st century, many countries in the world have restrictions and requirements on the protection of the freedom of migration by the Constitution and the international human rights conventions. In old China for several thousand years of feudal rule, there is no democracy and freedom to speak of, no human rights. After new China was founded, due to various reasons, freedom of migration in our country gone from a sure to completely deny and then to a certain extent the default process. With development of China's socialist cause ,China's market economic system, democracy and legal system construction, basic civil rights protection, social security system, such as the international protection of human rights has been made unprecedented achievements. All this create good internal and external conditions for the realization of China's freedom of migration .
